This lame hoax was likely scheduled months ago as a capper for the Blue Wave. I'm sure it was an emergency back-up plan, to be launched when and if the blue wave turned into a ripple.
That, or they just dreamed this screwball hoax up at the last minute because they're losing.
Makes you wonder what other sort of hare brained capers they'll launch over the next couple of weeks. They're desperate now, and it shows.

Bet’s on it being the dumbass Soros’s kid’s attempt to get Trump?
The Soros and CNN bombs were planted, the rest probably mailed.
A pipe bomb should not be used as a letter bomb. And not a really obvious and poorly built device. Does this not match the package you always see in “see something, say something” literature?
If you had received this in the mail, would you ever have opened it and take pictures? In the coffee room? Seriously? Then you’re a mailroom guy at CNN. Or you know it won’t explode when it is opened. And that’s what you’re getting paid to do.
