Maybe the bombs were to remind them that our enemies are waiting for their next payment.

The so called timming device shown on the picture that was released does not have a function that would ever allow it to be used to detonate an explosive. The device has been identified already. You can read more by clicking on this link and scrolling down a bit.

I am not going to be 100% certain without evidence that this is a false flag action.
However, without evidence, I think it is ignorant to say with 100% certainty that it isn’t.
Given the history of the Left, that would be ignorant.

I would add to your sound reasoning:
5. The “bombs” all arrived very, very close in time. That didn’t matter if it was delivered by the USPS or a courier (except for Soros).
6. None of the “bombs” exploded, either in transit or at their destinations.
7. The CNN people not only photographed one, but the authorities allowed them to distribute that photo. That can’t help an investigation.

Back in the 60's, we had SDS, Weathermen, VVAW and John Kerry, Black Panthers, ect. Generally, if I wanted someone dead, at least 3-4 out of 5 would be room temp. These people didn't want anyone hurt but Trump. With the Kavenaugh boondoggle and now the G. Soros Caravan has backfired, they needed something quick and dramatic. This will portray Trump as the likely cause for a few days to change the news cycle. No one seems to remember the "lady" with the severed Trump head. How about the last Attorney Gen telling people to "kick" Republicans. Hillary vowing to not be civil until they get power again? Then of course there is always Maxine Waters.
If the FBI is still run by the same characters, the perp will be silently charged 2 days after the election and he will be dressed in black with a hankie over his face.
