Thx for the link. The edited version is worthless. Unedited shows there was a real possibility the perp could have swung the axe and split the shopkeeper’s skull. It would be an injustice if he is charged.

If the axe didn't get hung up on the edge of the door, he would have been able do it. But, I worry other people might see it that way. If he's cleared, there will be the traditional riot.
