I have never seen Mattis smile or looking enthusiastic while seated next to the president. Of course it may mean nothing.

These people are constantly hounded and harashed by the Dems. The best strategy for Trump is to bring qualified people from outside, have them work a short time and then have them return to private life. I see nothing wrong with a fast turnover except confirmation hearings.

Most high level Generals are involved with the Council of Foreign Relations. It’s been almost a requirement for Anyone to get the 3rd or 4th star. They should be purged and replaced by true warfighter Colonels they know how to fight and what is needed.
It would serve the public better if, rather than say “Pentagon will pay for”, or whatever other department it is, start saying, “Taxpayers will pay for.” We know that it’s ultimately the taxpayer, but saying anything else softens the blow.
Taxpayers paying for anyone who is so mentally unstable that they want to change their sex (can’t be done) is outrageous!

Since when did a Democrat have love of country? Last president that gave a hoot about this nation was Ronald Reagan. The Clinton/Bush/Obama regimes were all about transforming this nation for their own bank accounts. Trump's love of country transcends political parties.
