Even if Republicans keep control of the Senate in the Nov. 6 midterm elections, the balance of power on these courts isn’t going to change in the next two years.
*************************************************************

Ok, granted, there probably are more Democrat Federal Judges than Republican Federal judges and that’s a bad thing and we all know that.

But, I’ve been in those court rooms and 99% of the cases that run through them have not a damn thing to do with politics.

So, the premise of the writer’s point that this factor is some kind of colossal disadvantage to the average Joe citizen is ridiculous.

Occasionally we do have an environmental case that does come through and most of the time the Democrat judge can be expected to rule for the liberals but even then not all the time.
