Have been on FR since April, 1998 under a few different screen names; back when there was great intellectual discourse and had quite a few very well-know and famous conservatives.

I was at the MFJ, if you even knows what that means.

There are plenty of reasons to oppose this guy. I would suggest conservatives focus on more substantive issues.

The guy has loaned the business money; $5 - 25 million. There is a ton of competition in the medical tourism business. In fact, the business model for this company has some serious flaws.

All anyone has to do to find quality medical treatment outside the U.S. is to ask around for references from friends, and friends of friends. No need to pay a middleman for something you can do yourself. There are also trusted re Jews on the internet.

My guess is that this guy is going to lose every dollar he has invested, and that the only people that will make money are the guys who conned him out of his money. $5-25 million invested in a referral business that has little need for capital outside of a small office, office equipment and supplies, an internet connection, and a basic phone and fax system? You could start a business like this in a spare bedroom or basement.

The fact that he has been investing considerable money over a number of years and no returns is a huge red flag. He’s likely a victim of fraud.
