You have to wonder how their mail gets delivered - bills etc.
They probably get it at the community center in many cases.
I have done a lot of work over the years on many reservations in Minnesota, ND and SD. They are all schlitzholes.
I have also worked on many public housing projects in Minneapolis and St. Paul. By far, the reservations are much worse. I could tell stories for hours about what a nasty place they are.
If you leave any product on a site it will be a pile of ashes by the morning.
Plow them all down and make the people assimilate or starve. Their choice.
HOW do you NOT have a street address? You never get a bill? you never get mail? you never have a package delivered? You never have company from out of town? you never expect to call 911 or the fire department?
