MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Tuesday challenged media to investigate how the Democrats handled Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s accusations against now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Scarborough argued Ford’s “unsubstantiated allegations” that leaked would “most likely not have made print” five or 10 years ago.
“What New York Times reporter, what Washington Post reporter was assigned a story by their editors to go see what really happened with Dianne Feinstein, and asked Dianne Feinstein and her staff the sort of questions that would have happened if the Republican Party had done the same thing. Not one,” stated Scarborough.
He added, “I challenge New York Times … editors, I challenge Washington Post editors, I challenge Wall Street Journal editors, I challenge editors across America, write that story. What happened with Dr. Ford’s agreement with a congresswoman, with Dianne Feinstein? Why did they leak that story? More importantly, look at yourself and ask yourself the question, ‘Why didn’t we report on this in real-time when we sure as hell would have reported it if [Senator] Grassley and his office had done the same thing?'”

I read somewhere that Mika attended the same school as Christine Ford and she possibly had some info on the credibility issue...would explain why Joe Scarborough has been pushing hard on this story.
And he is right to do so - I suspect there is way more that happened behind the scenes than previously reported. But, it will require someone INSIDE the media cabal to blow the whistle and so far, no one seems willing to do that. There is a torrent of information, going back decades, that has been covered up, ignored, glossed over, or flat-out fabricated and they have all been complicit in it one way or another.
Will the dam ever break? Don’t know, but sure hope it happens in my lifetime...I would love to watch that show!

Well, maybe Joe realized that he was accused of lots of stuff, again “accused”. The Dems are pushing this identity politics stuff and even he can see where this could potentially go. Your are guilty based on who the accuser is (female) and how is accused (white heterosexual male). This is outright political correct identity politics on steroids. Scarborough, despite being married to a liberal, has not gotten totally emasculated. To her credit, Mika is sounding like more of a classical civil liberty liberal as opposed to outright radical Marxist, at least on the Kavanaugh case. Again, her Father left Marxist Poland where the old Soviet adage applied, show me the man, I will show you the crime!.

When you are occasionally accused of killing an intern in your office years ago, you probably feel pretty strongly about old allegations coming up. Of course, in Joe’s case there was actually a dead intern in his office.
