I did the last time around and she lost her primary. Mitch and the boys ran her as an independent and she won that way. Mitch is to blame for her being in the Senate.

Yes. I was posting this super quick so didn’t explain it but yes they got the 51 votes necessary to cut off debate and have a vote this weekend. This also suggests but doesn’t prove he has the votes for confirmation.
And actually, only 50 votes were needed because Pence could break a tie.
