The chart is correct, your understanding of it is not. The axes for Hot and Crazy have both always been delineated as following the standard 1-10 ranking scales. Thus, both axes ARE close-ended. You violated that initially by "going all the way to eleven" (hat tip to Spinal Tap). But even so, the No Go Zone that you tried to place her in still very clearly ends at 5 Hot, no matter how Crazy.

As for adding Evil, that would be a third axis, requiring a new graph and 3D holograms, and a different discussion.
