Looks like what companies still “headquartered” will soon be moving their headquarters. California must be hellbent on running every source of tax revenue out of the state. Nevada real estate is probably a good investment.

This will be challenged and make its way to the Supreme Court. It just doesn’t have any legality attached to it. The company, just for the sake of playing the game....could go to some retirement home and hire some 80-year old gal to be the token-woman.

The same type law could be reshuffled and require that of the nine positions on a baseball team...one must be a woman, or that of the five starters on a basketball court...one must be a woman.

Affirmative action is blatantly unconstitutional, yet it remains the law of the land - and its blight in the public sector is now widespread in the private sector as well. If you don’t have the proper ethnic & gender representation at all levels deemed necessary by the government, you lose millions. This law just moved that “level” up a notch - and ethnics will follow. In fact, many blacktivists resent including white women in any such programs, rightly claiming they’ve never been subjected to codified discrimination like Jim Crow/segregation. FWIW, don’t be surprised if these seats go to Asian women; they’re flooding the financial sector here in the NYC metro area.
