RUSH: As to the political nature of this, we mentioned the name Brian Fallon to you a couple of times in the past two days. Brian Fallon was a spokesman for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, her failed presidential campaign. Brian Fallon is an angry, vindictive, bitter, and very sore loser. He posted what many people say look like veiled threats to Kavanaugh last night. He called Kavanaugh an “attempted rapist” and vowed that Judge Kavanaugh, if confirmed, “will not serve for life.”
Currently, Brian Fallon is the executive director of something called We Demand Justice. It is a front group for another liberal big-money group called the Democracy Alliance. He tweeted, “If Senate GOP ignores Dr. Blasey Ford and tries to muscle an attempted rapist onto the Supreme Court: 1. They will pay dearly this November. 2. Senators up in 2020 (Collins, Gardner et al) will feel intense heat for next two years. 3. Kavanaugh will not serve for life.” That is a veiled threat. He didn’t add any clarification. He “will not serve for life.”
What’s a reasonable person’s initial reaction to that?
I’ll bet you the initial reaction is not, “Yeah, we’re gonna impeach him. If we win the House and we win the Senate, we’re gonna impeach him. We’re gonna throw him off the court.” That’s not what people’s initial reaction is. When the social media universe sits there and sees, “Kavanaugh will not serve for life,” they think of something a little bit more dastardly. But this is not partisan, says Cory Booker. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! It’s not partisan. This is about the heroism of Dr. Ford. Cory Booker is still talking. He’s gone way beyond his limit. So I gotta find out what’s shaking here.

Not a threat to kill him, if they did that, he would have indeed “served for life”.
I would not call his threat veiled. But, he’s one of Hillary’s operatives, so until we get a real AG, I doubt anyone will do anything about it.
I sincerely hope the FBI follows up on this. This did NOT look like an impeachment threat to me.

I’m no feminist, but women like Phyllis Schlaffley helped build the modern conservative movement. Golda Meir or Margaret Thatcher ring a bell? It’s not how a person puts his pants on, that defines a good public servant. It’s how much he or she loves his country, and how integrous he or she is.
Without breaking a sweat, I can rattle off the names of dozens of crooked politicians, most of whom are men.
Is it the threat of Kav & the Ken Starr investigation?
Judge Kavanaugh was labelled a conspiracy theorist about
the death of Vince Foster. Did he draw his own conclusions
suicide vs cold blooded murder? Did he access to information
that no one else had and drew his personal conclusions?
Hitlery making a statement such as this raises more than
multiple questions but to me, imho, she is only confirming
deep state voice still running the whole show

I am concerned that they wanted the FBI investigation for other reasons.
Sen Leahy wanted Bush documents from when Kav worked there. It has to do with a Republican Aid who had access to a shared server with dems and repubs who leaked a draft letter from Leahy regarding their plan to interview judicial candidates.
He was asked if he knew (in Sep) the letter was stolen. A Repblican Senate staffer sent an email to Kavanaugh during the period when Miranda was taking information from Democratic senators. This email had the subject line “spying” and it informed Kavanaugh that “we have a mole” within the Democrats’ ranks that was providing Republicans with information.
Kav said no. Leahy thinks he committed perjury. This FBI investigation might lead to getting those confidential documents that Grassley refuses to release.

Maybe he won’t serve for life, but I’d guess he serves beyond Bill and Hillary Clinton’s lives on this earth.
Trump supporters get perjury traps and jail. Democrats get sweet heart immunity deals and Deep State top cover. Nothing to see here.
