Washington—Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) today sent a letter to Chairman Chuck Grassley calling for an immediate postponement of the Brett Kavanaugh nomination.
“I am writing to request an immediate postponement of any further proceedings related to the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein wrote. “I also ask that the newest allegations of sexual misconduct be referred to the FBI for investigation, and that you join our request for the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford as well as these new claims.”

Dear Chairman Grassley:
I am writing to request an immediate postponement of any further proceedings related to the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. I also ask that the newest allegations of sexual misconduct be referred to the FBI for investigation, and that you join our request for the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford as well as these new claims.
Today, Deborah Ramirez came forward with serious allegations of sexual misconduct by Judge Kavanaugh. The New Yorker article recounting her experience states that there are witnesses who can corroborate her claims and who challenge Mr. Judge’s account. An investigation needs to be conducted as part of Judge Kavanaugh’s background investigation by career professionals at the FBI – not partisan staff of the Committee. We need a fair, independent process that will gather all the facts, interview all the relevant witnesses, and ensure the Committee receives a full and impartial report. Should the White House continue to refuse to direct the FBI to do its job, the Committee must subpoena all relevant witnesses.
It is time to set politics aside. We must ensure that a thorough and fair investigation is conducted before moving forward.

1) Dianne Feinstein knows this is a sham, she knows rules of evidence. And this is so stupid, there must be more to it.
2) She should be CENSURED for this, and thrown off the committee, but the RINO’s are letting this happen.
3) But the hearings are NOT just about Kavanaugh, they are also about scaring off any future potential nominees too.
4) And they see the SCOTUS as their way to pass laws by judicial fiat, and this cuts them off at the top, for decades.
That last one requires much expansion to see how it leads to massive voter fraud in the upcoming elections.
The liberals see this as a decades-long setback. So they will delay this until after midterms, if they can.
I heard some one say all they have to do is delay until FRIDAY this week, and that effectively ends it until after midterms. 4 more days.
So, if they do, then look for them to GO ALL OUT with voter fraud. I mean they might just put printing machines cranking out votes in each democrat district, because only 57 or so counties have more democrat voters than 3000 or so other counties.
So... they manufacture all the votes they can, and throw away all the votes they can from conservative polling places.
Then they ‘win’ in a landslide- and ignore the screaming of voter fraud- who’s going to investigate? They will be in charge!
We could have VIDEO of them filling out the ballots themselves, and no one will do anything! They will be back in control.
BUT if Kavanaugh gets in before Friday- then all bets are off! Court cases can be filed in conservative districts and get appealed all the way up.
STOPPING VOTER FRAUD IS PARAMOUNT THIS ELECTION!!!
In American federal law, Title 18 U.S.C. § 1622 provides:
Whoever procures another to commit any perjury is guilty of subornation of perjury, and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
They will never give up. If anybody thinks this is the worst they’re capable of....think again. Think hard.

I agree; the FBI needs to be called in to investigate Diane Feinstein and her complicity in the crimes put forth during this sham. Look into her dealing with the Chinese spy for the last 20 years as well.

One of the best things to come out of this process — among several in recent years — is that nobody believes it is remotely possible for a “thorough and fair investigation” to be conducted under any circumstances. That’s how we’ve ended up with the FBI and Democrat Party having less public respect than ISIS and NAMBLA.
We need an FBI investigation alright. And Dianne Feinstein needs to be at the center of it.
