I don’t try and play “gotcha” by asking questions. Only an idiot would not want to know the answer to important claims.
I am not a Demoncrat willing to believe everything beneficial to the party.
When suggestions of clearly unconstitutional methods are referenced, I will point that out. And there is NO way that military trials will be used, no matter how much it is desirable, to try civilians outside an actual war.
As to research on my own, I can and have read the constitution which is sufficient to settle this issue.
