Full title: College students say they can't send in their absentee ballots because they don't know where to buy stamps
I would prefer that anyone who doesn't have enough on the ball to obtain a postage stamp just not vote.

And wouldn’t you think a writer with this publication would know that postage is no longer $0.49? I thought it was and went to buy a roll of 100 stamps the other day and the gal asked for $50.00....I asked her when the rate went up and she said the first of the year. She was offended that I didn’t know! Ooops - sorry lady!

Bogus article. Here in NH the students do this every year. They send home absentee ballots and vote here in our elections. These kids are very organized and if you think they don’t know where to buy stamps..... the author is trying to redirect.
