“I’m extending the deadline for response yet again to 10 o’clock this evening. I’m providing a notice of a vote to occur Monday in the event that Dr. Ford’s attorneys don’t respond or Dr. Ford decides not to testify.”
Let’s eliminate the wiggle room. The notice should have stated “10:00 pm EDT”
At least we won’t see her flying all over giving speeches ...

If they delay the vote and not vote Until after Thursday, it is over totally. Kavanaugh will not be seated at all.
