Could this be a strategic play to set a certain type of stage/scenario? An attempt to give something some kind of justification. You know, like Comey’s trying to present his sedition and a moral, ethical and patriotic “leadership.”

Some small detail is only 90% correct but essentially as a whole the report is accurate.

I want him to fire rosenstein, sessions, and mueller—Right now! Then start building gallows on the national mall. The sight and sounds of that would get the base out in droves.
The Times cites several people who described the episodes but were not named in Friday’s report.
And just what does that mean? The reporter just "described the episodes" himself but that doesn't meant either that he was an eyewitness or that they even happened. We're a little short of Who What Where When How, here.
