As Twitchy reported earlier, Sen. Dianne Feinstein announced that she’d turned over to authorities a letter that had some incriminating information about SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a woman, possibly reaching back as far as his high school years.
Of course, idiots like ThinkProgress’s Ian Millhiser floated the idea that Kavanaugh “may have committed a very serious crime — possibly even a sex crime.” A lot of people starting making #MeToo accusations.
With that insinuation floating around all day, The Guardian has a source who claims to know the contents of the letter, and … well, it doesn’t even rise to the level of Mitt Romney cutting some kid’s hair.
The Guardian reports:
A source who said they were briefed on the contents of the letter said it described an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman that took place when both were 17 years old and at a party. According to the source, Kavanaugh and a male friend had locked her in a room against her will, making her feel threatened, but she was able to get out of the room. The Guardian has not verified the apparent claims in the letter. It is not yet clear who wrote it.
That’s it? That’s what she forwarded to authorities? And people were expecting the FBI to investigate?

Maybe the crime was that Brett and his buddy referred to her as “she” when she was identifying as a man that day!
Sometimes teenage boys act like little boys. If they like a girl they tease her or play pranks on her. That is what it sounds like to me. Just normal teenage horsing around. If locking her in a room that she managed to leave is all they have, then shame on them and shame on this girl for even telling this silly story. Are there any adults on the left or are they all whiny, crybabies?

Then she wasn’t locked in the room.
It’s just a stall tactic of course. They don’t want the contents of the letter to be revealed at all. They just want to float the insinuation that it’s something horrible that the FBI needs to investigate. The media is supposed to pick up the ball for Dianne now and run with it, to make it out to be the sex crime of the century, or something even worse. The letter is just a ploy. They’re just trying to gain votes in the mid-terms by mucking this all up. They know they can’t stop Kavanaugh, so it’s on to plan B. Or are they up to plan Z by now? They’ve tried everything else, except for a pube on a coke can. They haven’t tried that one yet.
We’re up against some truly deranged and evil people. Thanks DiFi for once again revealing that.
Apparently the author of the letter did not want to pursue the matter. Feinstein, while claiming to support the author, nevertheless pursued matters against the author’s express desires. The FBI, by the end of the day, determined this was a dry well and sent the information to the WH to be included in the judge’s file.

President Trump needs to make the letter public so that we can all laugh at this pathetic attempt to smear.
They lock a 17 year old in a room... the next thing she realizes is that she's 30 years old and manages a fashion magazine... the boy is now nominated to the Supreme Court...
