Sure. But, wouldn't that evidence come from actually searching the shooters papers and effects. Then a warrant could have been issued for the victim if evidence presented itself. This is opposite. This is info based on the shooter; 'evidence or knowledge' she wouldn't know if she hadn't illegally entered his apartment.

If they suspected I killed you, they’d search both of our places of residence. Or at least they should. That would include their vehicles, work places etc.
Another example would be the victim documenting or making notes on their laptop about being previously threatened by the shooter. That information would be extremely important to determine motive etc.
I am confused. So if a police officer breaks into my house and kills me, that is a justification for a search warrant of my house?

This should be a textbook teaching on why small statured women should not be police officers. The decisions made are directly related to the fear factor, Even if a man had done this(and it’s absolutely a possibility), men are generally stronger and have the ability to think about their next moves a little longer because they have have the physical strength to fend off an attack. The mind and body can be trained to evaluate and react in a more calm manner, whereas a female lacking great physical strength will immediately resort to deadly force. Unfortunately, brain dead people of both persuasions who can’t even figure out they are in the wrong apartment create a deadly situation for everyone.
Not talking about rape, bank robbery or auto theft. I’m talking about homicide cases.

Law Enforcement IS the government. From your local beat cop, to the chief or sheriff, the the prosecutors, judges and attorney general, they will ALL screw you. For a reason, or no reason at all.
Small government conservatives shouldn’t be going down on them. We should watch them like hawks and keep them in check.
