Sorry, I read PBM as PHARMACY BY MAIL not as PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGER. There is a similarly named company which advertises prescriptions from Canada in our local newspaper at substantially lower prices than our local drug stores (but still more than Canada charges plus the hassle of mail order).
They have a special system of collecting Rx orders, driving them in from Canada and shipping them to their customeers.
