Much of the sales going to counties neighboring other states. Exporting pot to other states is in fact black market trading by white collar criminals.Unless those white collar criminals are leaving severed heads in town squares and otherwise behaving like the cartels, that still represents a win for all of us.

Yes dramatic decrease. I will look into this because I’m wondering if other factors are involved. Watch documentaries on TV and I have seen much of the pot is carried by men with backpacks. Could it be that the cartel is getting better? I don’t know but will accept legal pot is shutting them down.
