I was thinking you’d said you’d have cooler temps this week and glad that’s still the case. Easy to understand his reluctance to mow - - not fun! But at least he won’t have to do it in 100 degree weather.
I hope that hurricane misses HI, too, but it’s dead on at present. It’s still a ways off and MAYBE it’ll get pushed off track before it reaches them.
Cleaning’s an every day thing with all these kittehs. LOL! I don’t mind. I’m not a clean-a-holic but I don’t like a mess either. A little each day makes it easier to deal with than doing it all at once, once a week or so. THAT’S not fun.
I have found it the same. It’s not quite drudgery if you do a little at a time. Then it’s all done and you can rest for a while before starting over.
I used to clean my house all in one day. That was when hubby was still working full time and I didn’t have to clean around him. LOL!

Never was one for cleaning all in one day. Being single most of my life meant having to work. No way I wanted to spend a day off doing housework all day so it was done a little each day. The habit continues. :-)

It sounds like you had a nice weekend, what with your nephew’s wedding. I hope the newlyweds have a long, happy life together.

I gave Moogly her midnight meds and a snack and it hit me you’d asked about her and I didn’t reply.
She’s doing fairly well. Has her bad-ish days occasionally but there are more good days than bad. She’s gained a little weight and that’s a plus.

Was the weather cooperative enough for an outing to the lake? It’s looked a little rough over there.
We did get some lake time yesterday. Enjoyed it. Going to get the drivers license renewal done this morning and then do Waurika lake later today.
Ah, that’s right. You’d mentioned last week that you’d be going in to renew your drivers license. I hope there aren’t a lot of others doing the same so you can get it done quickly.
I’m glad she’s having some good days. Poor baby. With some of the kitties, it’s like one day at a time, huh.
Guess I’d better go. See ya tomorrow night for the quiz. Maybe it won’t be too weird like the last one. LOL!
