Regardless of how far into the DOJ and FBI investigative network/timeline you get with the story it always circles back to the 2015/2016 abuse of the NSA and FBI database. The origin of “spygate” or the myriad of downstream issues all come back to a network of government contractors who were exploiting their database access for political opposition research. Not only is this a reality, it’s also where the deep swamp doesn’t want the focus.

Same here. I hold an Amateur Extra license, and when I worked for a radio station held a First Class commercial ticket (long since expired). It would have been possible for Ohr to use ham radio to communicate with a fellow conspirator, but since anyone can listen in, it would almost have had to be encrypted in some way. It would mean using innocent-sounding words that had a different meaning in a code book. Any evidence of that? Simply holding a ham ticket is pretty weak evidence of a conspiracy.

If she worked at Camp Peary, VA (the CIA's "Farm") as has been alleged, covert communications would be among her basic skills. Nellie Ohr's sudden interest in such an obscure hobby certainly arose at a curious stage in her life, her clandestine political work, and major political events involving her high-ranking DOJ husband.
