Indicted means nothing. Neither does the sentence. What will his punishment be?
From news I read elsewhere, he could get up to 2 years in jail for the offense.
However, his attorney says he could possibly get probation and serve no time. It's all up to whoever does the sentencing phase. Liberal judge, no doubt it'll be no time served.

Assaulting a minor is frowned upon.
You take something from a store, that's one thing. You take someone's possession off their body, that's a serious felony. On top of that, he tossed a drink into the victim's face, that's assault & battery but I don't think he was charged on that.
