How the filthy racist lefties can possibly take the phrase “monkey this up” and turn it into a case for racism shows just how disgustingly racist they themselves are. It just shows what a terribly poor view of Negroes that they have to jump through this hoop.

Exactly. He was being gentil in not using the common phrase of the day. We have had about 11 years of this stuff now, I think they have about worn it out.
The words left over that are considered unoffensive could fit into a Little Golden Book.
But a dumb statement like he made; the media will run with it, push that narrative at the expense of the narrative the candidate wants to get out. There is only so much “sound bite” time and the MSM control it. Why give them things to say & hyperventilate on! Conservative on this site keep thinking that logic and truth matters.
