That has to be terrible, seeing your world ready to collapse not long from now. Then to know that your government is openly working against you makes it worse. Farmers can be a very stubborn class of people. That tenacity is often what is needed to make a farm work at all.
I hope we can invite some of those people here into the states. The reform plans will probably be back on soon, once the right kind of lies can be codified and written into law.

If they do, they know Trump will make it the new Apartheid. The US will hammer them with sanctions.
Now if the whites and the Zulus would figure out that they are, in this particular case, natural allies and combine forces (political and otherwise) against the ANC, then they’d both have a much better shot at staying in their land of birth and leading a somewhat normal life.
I fully expect Rwanda Part II. Farming is work to make a real go of it. They will break up the big farms hand out the land as political payback to people who won’t work it, but who expect to make the same money that the white farms did. When the money doesn’t magical appear. The new landowners will blame? Why the white farms and more attacks and takeovers will occur as they chase their dreams of avarice. Its like Socialism Rwanda didn’t do it right, but this time it will work out as SA has a better plan.

I’m betting that Trump made South Africa an offer they couldn’t refuse... We’re not privvy to the threat, since SA accepted. But I’d bet Trump said he’d boycott and sanction them like our country did when the skin tones were the opposite.
