Trump has even more power in the case of Rosenstein. The Deputy AG post was never established by Congress and can be eliminated by executive order. Do you realize that Trump can set up almost an entirely new DOJ structure without any approval from Congress?

The DOJ is already totally political. And Sesions ensured that it would be when he recused himself and thereby anointed Rosenstein and Mueller as unelected co-emperors of the USA.
Well, regardless of the numbers and the split, where our side has strength is not in the American legal system, which is owned and operated by the Deep State Left. Hence Mueller running free and unincumbered by anything or anyone. Our strength is not in the media or social media, which is controlled by the same side that controls the legal system.
I would have you consider that fighting on battlefields controlled by the enemy is a losing proposition. And likely we will lose badly there without laying a single blow on them.
I suggest we find a different battlefield to fight on. One where perhaps the enemy is not in a such a strong position.
Sessions recused himself immediately after getting the job - and did so on the flimsiest of excuses.
That was not high-minded ethics, or a gentlemanly mistake. His goal was to stab Trump in the back. Trumps criticism is telling us that he CANNOT fire him, because Sessions is protected
