John Brennan is dirty and probably has committed serious crimes. Must be felonies.
Brennan is absolutely off-the-rails with his rants. Something is driving him.

Security clearances are apparently for sale to the media for trafficing in in leaked classified information.
Here’s how it works. Let’s say you have a clearance but no need to know. Someone on the inside can leak (i.e decide you have a NTK) and pass info to you. No crime has been committed, just a bad decision. On the other hand, no clearance means a crime has been committed by both people an are liable to 10 years in prison.

Brennan is giving his paymasters what they want, lots of wild-eyed accusations and conspiracy theories. He trades on the fact he was CIA director, and has a security clearance to make a huge salary, bigger than he ever had working for the government. Whether or not he really means or believes what he says is a different matter.

Yep and CIA employees need to clear anything that goes into the press, even the obituaries of the agent once they pass. Did brennan get cleared by the agency to mouth off like that?

1. If we know who the Director of the CIA is, for any reason other than a brief story about that person’s confirmation, that person is the wrong person for the job.
2. Back when I had a security clearance (TS with assorted alphabet nonsense), normal people needed both a clearance and need-to-know in order to access classified material. If the Deep State still followed the rules that productive Americans used to follow, need-to-know would automatically terminate when employment ended. All of these has-beens, from Brennan to Hillary should be denied access to classified material, whether or not their clearance is terminated, because they no longer have a professional need to know.
