Yes, the original action takes place during the Obongo administration but his clearance was puller in May 2017 and the whistle blower reprisal law suit is from this summer.

After reading the article and the link to Washington Times it is apparent there are a whole lot of civilian Obongo supporters hiding everywhere in the District of Collusion Swamp.
