Since they do not bother to explain their requirements for “greatness”, what good is their opinion? We can ask, but I don’t expect either an honest or informed answer. Cuomo and Rye see through the distorted lens of a progressive ideology. They ignore the evidence before them of American Exceptionalism, misunderstand America’s found and history, and are disposed to revise that history to a negative to suit their own unachievable utopian ideals.
Cuomo is not a leader of a real place, like a state of the United States, with real people, and real problems and challenges, but a failure. He has a weakness of mind and of spirit that should disqualify him from holding the job he was elected by his constituents to do.
I would be greatly inspired in my confidence of human nature and American citizenship if the people of his state rethought their vote, and returned this man to private life. That would portend an epiphany on their part, to see through this man’s one talent in life; his ability to mislead and deceive enough of the populace to maintain his unearned status and privilege of power. Sadly, I don’t expect much of a surprise here.

The book Payback: The Case For Revenge by Thane Rosenbaum delves into the total hypocrisy of citizens who let the police and executioners and military do the killing so it is “justice” and not “revenge.” Joan Baez tried to keep out the portion of her taxes that went to killing in Vietnam (the Govt took it all and more in fines). I wish I could keep out the taxes that go to fund the “teens” welfare and the Mueller investigators in their lavish lifestyles.
We have given up on justice and allowed the guilty Clintons,Comey,Mueller, Obama and “teens” who assault people to skate free and we passively, meekly hope that maybe someday justice might be done somehow.
