"I swear that just reading your post made me dumber than before.

My abject apologies! And you had so little to spare in the first place.

Back in 2015 Steven Crowder actually asked a Muslim bakery to make a gay wedding cake on video, they refused. He pointed out that only Christian bakeries were being prosecuted. (to my knowledge, correctly pointed out as I’ve not heard any lawsuits against them)

I’m old enough to remember when the Supreme Court was the final voice in matters legal.

What is the penalty for malicious prosecution?

A promotion.

The Supreme Court may ultimately get this one. Without Kennedy, the decision might be a little clearer. This ‘lady’ went after this baker because of the gay wedding cake case. Both she and the state civil rights board should be made to pay a penalty for doing this. It is so obvious that they deliberately went after him because he wasn’t forced to make a cake for the ‘gay’ wedding. They are going to waste the State’s time and resources to play their game and it should cost them.

From another article:

At the same time the Supreme Court agreed to hear the same-sex wedding case but long before it was decided, Autumn Scardina, a transgender individual with a law degree, contacted Phillips’ shop.

From her corporate website:

Autumn's passion is helping others. Having recently lived through a period of tremendous personal change, her greatest satisfaction is in seeing others through difficult and emotional challenges and helping them thrive in spite of what can feel like overwhelming circumstance.

I have no idea which way she was born nor what she is now.

By design. SCOTUS has no intention of ruling Constitutionally. They are no refuge for liberty.
