A police officer in Baltimore has quit after footage surfaced of him repeatedly hitting a man. A second officer has been placed on administrative duties pending the outcome of an investigation. The man who was repeatedly struck by the officer was taken to hospital for treatment. He was not charged with any crime.

I want police to stop crime, yes, but this officer seemed to overreact big time. He was unstoppable until the arrested man was down on the sidewalk bleeding from his mouth.
I think there must have been a grudge between them. It seemed personal. Look at the video and you’ll see what I mean.
It’s unnerving.

Ferals know more about other ferals than anyone else. The cop knew exactly what sort he was dealing with, and his response was measured accordingly. That's real life in the naked city. There are a million stories in the Charm City; this has been one of them.
