On Saturday former 2008, 2012 and 2016 presidential candidate Cody Robert Judy sent by fax a “Proposed Executive Order” declaring Barack Hussein Obama “Unqualified and a Usurper of the Office Of the President under the Constitution of the United States of America.”
The “Executive Order” is addressed to “President Donald Trump” at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, DC, the address of the White House.
Written from the hypothetical signer’s point of reference, the document text invokes “National Security and Election Integrity” as at the forefront of determining presidential eligibility.
Judy first challenged Obama’s eligibility in 2008, when he filed a lawsuit claiming that Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” because his alleged father was not at any time a U.S. citizen. At the same time, Judy challenged Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain’s eligibility due to his birth in Panama, albeit to U.S.-citizen parents.
Judy has stated in subsequent legal actions and writings his belief that only an individual born in the U.S. to two U.S.-citizen parents can be considered “natural born.” The requirement in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution was left undefined by the Framers, although a letter written by John Jay to George Washington during the constitutional convention indicated that Jay believed the chief executive should have undivided allegiance to the nation.
A 2012 ballot challenge of Judy’s eventually reached the U.S. Supreme Court, which did not schedule oral argument on the merits. In 2014, Judy filed a new case claiming that the Democratic Party, of which he is a registered member, had formed “an illegal cartel” by supporting an ineligible presidential candidate, thereby allegedly violating federal anti-trust laws.

No legitimate documentation shows “BHO II” to be any particular person’s child by birth. We know he’s proffered known-to-be-false documentation in order to attempt to satisfy the requirements for a federal position. I understand this to be a crime.
The clowns have for many decades placed children with their contacts. Barry was not the first clown-fostered child to be brought into the Dunham-related clan.
SAD did not bear, nor did BHO I father “BHO II.” Proof that both those statements are true is available by comparing Maya Soetoro Ng’s and Malik Obama’s DNA to “BHO II’s.”
No known, legitimate, original documentation shows “BHO II” to have been born an American (though his much-later-generated passport might seeming to attest to that), much less be natural born by any definition.
“BHO II” is a clown product, which is why we’ve seen the Intelligence Community “very unusually involved” in and supporting so many aspects of his life, from the clown-connected Dunhams to the complete “Fuddy Hoax” episodes to the more recent DNI/DCI/FBI/DOJ chapters.

A son of U.S. Citizen Parents Robert and Ali Judy that were accustom to independence in farming and ranching Cody was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho and gained perspective of the hardships families go through with his Parents divorcing in 1969. Cody’s father Robert O. Judy served in the military during the draft and ending of the Vietnam War period, Opened Sand Dune Training Stables, Ranched and Farmed 300 acres, and lived his dream of being a Cowboy. He was loved dearly and touched a Region of People’s lives all over the West training and teaching Horsemanship he passed away in 2002. Cody’s mother Ali: a 1957 Miss Utah top 5 Pageant winner with many Pageant Queen Awards including former Miss Utah Hill-air Force Base became an accomplished Opera and Mormon Tabernacle Choir Singer and Professional horsewomen retired from Ali’s Horsemanship Academy where she taught hundreds of students the proper methods of dressage and is still happily living as a three time cancer survivor and grand mother to seven.
Family has always been important to Cody and he hasn’t shied away from it as he has four children and has been married three times but is currently single. Nearly 50% of America has gone through the same challenges and Cody has a unique perspective of the sadness and also the hurdles that challenge us with new growth and understanding with the evolving Family Unit of America’s Today and the necessity for equal rights and the protections that are needed and under employed today in the struggle for Americans to make ends meet.

As a member of the LDS Church at one time Cody took a stand for differences and in protesting became the subject of an unlawful prosecution where evidence used against him was covered up in a Union of Church and State. Appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court in ‘96 Cody came up short and had to serve 3018 days in prison as a religiously persecuted individual in America as the court related not enough people suffered not getting evidence used against them to warrant the SCOTUS’s intervention. Cody’s case is a clandestine case of the existence of justice slipping through the cracks in America and while suffering in prison his devotion to studying the law was the preface of his running for office when he was released.
While in prison Cody took a stand and helped many prisoners suffering unjustly. As example, he joined the Native American Indians in their Civil Courts fight for prisoner’s hair length not to be a deciding factor for maximum security that some had suffered over a decade for their religious beliefs! For this stand, Cody also suffered three and a half years in solitary confinement suing the State of Utah in a different formulation of the same right which came from his seeing a discrimination between genders in the Prison Standards and Grooming Code that were discriminatory. Cody won the issue for all prisoners and the grooming standard was changed. The details and the amazing ways in which he was preserved and protected while in some of the most dangerous territory are recited in his book Taking A Stand.
When asked about his unique and colorful history Cody refers to the wisdom of the U.S. Constitution principles that no prior servitude as well as race and color should stand in the way of people running for office and voting in America’s Republic noting 1 in 5 Americans now have been incarcerated, placed on parole or probation again making his experience invaluable for the restoration of many principles in America that have deteriorated inexcusably with the inexperience of so many American’s realities.

I was actively posting on all of them. I don't recall any members of the Electoral College at any time making a promise to raise the issue of Obama's eligibility.

President Trump holds the Light of Truth, which will, if not extinguished, drive out the darkness that is covering their corrupt, mendacious, and evil world and expose the Truth for all to see.
This is the reason for their panic.
This is why they HATE President Trump with such fanaticism.
This is why they will stop at nothing to extinguish the Light of Truth, why they will do anything, commit any evil act, any crime, why nothing is beyond them, why they are so dangerous.
It is hate, fear, and panic that Truth always incites when it threatens delusion and in magnitude directly proportional to the resistance to Truth.
