Bottom line is, due to voter fraud and spurious claims of Russian meddling, most of the population is losing faith in the electoral process.

Yes, and it will lead to moving from the ballot box to the ammunition box, might not be a full civil war, but an endless unstable country with high levels of violence and street justice and attacks on government institutions, just like in some of the Latin American countries so be loved by the Left.
Voter fraud has been with us for centuries, and yet the electoral process has enough popular faith that it is merely in danger of losing it. The way to combat it is simple: Get evidence, prosecute, publicize the prosecutions. Tammany Hall was broken, so were the Pandergest and Daily machines.

Couple that with the corruption of the Deep State, its weaponization against the citizenry of this country, and it's now apparent that it no longer recognizes the citizens as the source of sovereignty. So the astute, observant citizen can only come to the conclusion that his/her vote really does not matter. The candidates are selected for him in advance, the winner is already decided, and the government will grind on doing what it does.
The average Soviet citizen felt the same way, and wound up not giving a damn about his country, or really anything else.

Lots of people have suggested that is their overarching goal and a key step to ushering in a socialist dystopia / tyranny. I’m inclined to believe that is their Grand Plan. All the foot soldiers doing the fraud at the street and precinct level are the useful idiots making it happen.
Since ole Sessions has not done the Clinton, obama Jarrett, Rice, foundation investigations ,a nd since we still give money to cities which protect illegals then perhaps Sessions could actually do his frigging job and go after fraud before we get to vote.
