Cant look the judge in the eye because you know that the whole thing is BS in service of the Gods of the Deep State.
Waaaaaa
Butthurt hillary conspirator
Theres very little about this trial in the national news, which is how you can tell its going poorly for Mueller and his people.
Forget the judge. The defense’s cross examination of Gates will be critical in this case. If they can punch holes in his story, catch him in a lie, then perhaps at least some on the jury will find him sleazy and less than credible. A hung jury would be a good outcome for Manafort.
beginning to look like the judge is bucking for a recusal by showing a lot of animosity to the prosecutors.
I think it is beginning to look like the judge is going to dismiss the case.
Nothing to see here folks. Just the Deep State holding a show trial to make itself look bad. When these folks step out from behind the curtain the only thing you think is, man, put some clothes on and try to look human.
This judge KNOWS this WHOLE investigation is PURE BS and he is as disgusted as we are!!! He will NEVER recuse himself!!!
My Cousin Vinny, anyone?
A month ago, I could see them getting one or two charges on guilty, and the rest would be all hung-jury.
Presently, I think the jury will come to the end...maybe agree to one or two guilty situations, and the rest all not-guilty. The judge? He’ll turn to the sentencing part and give the guy a chance to pay fines, and likely avoid all jail. At that point, I think the Mueller team from this case will quit and walk away.
Every future case that Mueller has...will be regarded as beatable.
Prepare for the other one coming up with the Russians getting the lame-Mueller effort, and them walking out of the court as well.
How old is Andres? He sounds as immature as David Hogg. We taxpayers have been paying the tab for Mueller’s crybaby Democrat lawyers for almost two years. Enough is enough.
Yeah it is not very smart for the judge to be saying these things. He is opening many avenues for appeal.
Prosecutor Greg Andres may be afraid that the verdict will not go his way. If so, he knows this ain’t T-ball, baby, and he won’t get a trophy. T-ball players have been known to tear-up over nothing.
I wonder how the lawyers on Mueller’s team sleep every night. There has to be a pathological streak of some kind within them.
That would be nice. I am being cautious and wouldn’t put it past the Deep State to script this trial. Ellis just wants to make sure that the verdict won’t be thrown out and is “appearing” to be tough on the Prosecutor.
I suggest the judge knows there will be no appeal.
By the time for appeal, the game will be over.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the biggest implied accusation against Manafort that he’s “rich?”
As you can see the prosecutors are spoiled and can’t stand a judge who is tough on them. However, by being tough the judge will reduce Manafort’s opportunities for a successful appeal.
I agree...
The judge may not like this case at all but he must remain impartial.
He is opening up for appeal or forcing himself to be removed from the case.
