It is fit only to line the cat litter box, but discerning felines may refuse to utilize it even there. They have less than zero room to make any complaints. I had hoped people would first start noticing in 2004 when CBS colluded with the Kerry campaign to coordinate the release of the forged Texas Air National Guard documents with the Kerry campaign's "Fortunate Son" media blitz against George W. Bush.
Terry McAuliffe was the head of the DNC at the time, and he danced around this suitably enough for the MSM to be satisfied not to pursue it further.
