In any event, President Trump should offer HUGE TAX CREDITS a to have big families to fill these jobs in the future that are permanent and guaranteed.
Also President Trump needs to make the tax cuts permanent with another big cut. Do it before the election and force the Democrats to fight it.

Something tells me the high 2014 number had something to do with rolling in Obamacare exchanges numbers... or at least something to do with that. Anyhow, it was a phony number as I recall.
