I doubt you have experienced all of those, so it's your prejudice. (Even if you had experienced them all, it would just be anecdotal evidence. Plus, you'd be dead from the last one.)
That same scenario is in other communities thanks to Obama Admin/Dems, so there are many places that could explode~
That’s absolutely right; it seems the real scam with “affordable housing” is that people making a lot of money that know how to mask it end up in many units. Not ghetto folk, but working people.
There have been new constructions in my area (condo-type apartment buildings), and my understanding is that a certain percentage of the units have to be set aside for low-income (not even “affordable” - specifically “low-income”) housing. Anyone buying the other units is a fool; as I understand it, they are having a hard time selling them.
