Said ex-criminals have allegedly led crime-free lives over the last seven years, at a minimum, which was the base requirement of Cuomo’s decision to pardon these seven individuals and excuse their old crimes.

Cuomo just had to pay $325,000 to a food truck operator at Saratoga Race Course for illegally telling them they had to leave because the name on their truck “daygoes” was inflammatory and racist, the truck owners sued Cuomo and won.
Cuomo then raised taxes and used my money to pay them their settlement - it’s unbelievable what a loon Cuomo is.

I wonder how the citizens of New York will feel having pardoned violent felons and rapists living next door to them, their wives, and daughters.
The story makes it sound like Trump is personally “ripping apart children”. Cuomo is an assclown, a pure POS... Releasing these criminals creates a threat to the general public. IF anyone is hurt by these, they should sue Cuomo for all he’s worth.

Convictions for certain levels of felonies are automatically removable offenses. It’s usually the big ones, such as Murder, Rape, Child Molesting, Arson, Armed Robbery, your more violent assaults (deadly weapon, serious bodily injury). It’s questionable whether residential burglary falls in this category.
But here’s the deal; THESE are the people Cuomo is protecting. They were fairly convicted under New York law for some pretty serious crimes. The aliens who commit the petty crimes don’t get the same benefit. The more serious the crime, the greater the reward.
Crazy, eh? Just like being opposed to the death penalty for serial killers but in favor of murdering innocent babies in the womb. Not sure what kind of logic could possibly reconcile that.
