One of the EU methods of usurpation of a Nation's Sovereignty and will of the People is Communist directed Lawfare.

Poland and Polish People are under attack by the EU Tyranny.

The EU is a big mistake. Go back to the European Common Market. Keep the borders, language and culture. Eliminate the EU government entirely. Eliminate the EU flag. Restore car registration plates that plainly indicate the country!

Each of those countries have such a rich history, rich traditions. I don’t know why they would want to throw all that away to become part of some conglomeration with no free choice

Communist East Germany has taken over the EU. They are not even hiding this anymore.

Contemporary Polish politics tends to veer between a traditional, patriotic, strongly rural Catholic camp and a younger and mostly urban camp that yearns for a new and modern Poland based on EU membership and cosmopolitanism. Naturally, holdovers and inheritors of power grounded in the Communist era tend to find shelter in the latter camp. The legal profession and the judiciary are especially compromised by Communist ties and attitudes that translate into a deep scorn for any popularly elected government that they are not in sympathy with.

I’ve long thought of Poland as “The other Germany, but one cursed with terrible luck”. That is, Poland has long had the ability to be as prosperous and powerful as Germany, but every time the chance arose, Poland was slapped down hard.

Right now they are still living under the fading curse of socialist-communism, and are blessed by not having appreciable numbers of the other great curse, Islam.

They also have the other blessing of religious faith, which may do much to increase their numbers. Eventually though, I expect they will be like the UK, and realize that they get far less from the EU than they give.

Got that right. Set up shop in Brussels after the wall came down in 89.

The EU started out back in the early 1950’s as a coal and steel trade organization. Now they are actually telling countries who can and cannot be judges in those countries.

There is such a thing as random mission creep. But that’s not the case here. The EU is an example of deliberate, planned mission creep.

And as just one example of how insane things have become, here’s an article about the EU regulating kitchen toasters.
