With all of this questionable information about Brennan, it is no surprise that he inspired a lack of confidence among key national security hawks in Congress, who began calling for Brennan’s resignation as far back as 2010.

Thanks for thread A.B. I just watched a clip on FaceBook (couldn’t get a link), interview of Putin by Megyn Kelly, the part they left out. Putin says USA openly admits to him they interfere in elections because we are promoting democracy. Russia does not, so they cannot meddle. He pointed out all the help USA gave to coup and unrest in Ukraine, and cited many good examples. He also stated neither Russian government nor high levels meddle in USA; that this may be done by stray hackers. All left on cutting room floor. Pure censorship.

Frankly, if my boss said the things President Trump said about Sessions in public (on Twitter) about/to me I would have resigned.
So staying in the job when you clearly have lost the confidence of your superiors means you’re protecting something or someone (Hillary) OR you are working with the superior in a sort of sting operation.
Q thinks its a sting but as more time goes on it appears more likely it is the deep state in CYA mode and/or the Clinton Protection Services in action.
