Loomer Exposes Keith Ellison for Not Having Law License, MSM Ignores

The mainstream press is ignoring a report from Big League Politics contributor Laura Loomer about Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), who is running for Minnesota Attorney General without a law license.

“As your next attorney general, I will be a people’s lawyer who will hold those in power accountable when they step on your rights — whether that’s Monsanto telling you how to raise your crops, Navient cheating student loan borrowers out of more money, or the federal government infringing upon health care, a woman’s right to choose, or the human and civil rights of all,” Ellison wrote in The Minneapolis Star Tribune, the state’s main newspaper.

“This is work I have been doing my whole life, from 16 years as a civil rights lawyer to more than a decade legislating on behalf of Minnesota consumers, workers and families,” Ellison continued.

But apparently, Ellison is long removed from his days as a civil rights lawyer, considering that he no longer has an active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.

Well isn't that something. Minnesota please don't vote this guy in. Don't vote for an Attorney General who does not have a licensee to practice

Misleading headline makes it sound like he never had one. Plenty of reasons for not voting for him, not keeping his license up to date when he wasn’t practicing isn’t one of them.

You don’t need a license to practice Sharia Law.

We will know that Minnesota is beyond redemption if they elect an attorney general without a law license.

Most likely he did not see the need to keep up with his yearly continuing legal education (CLE) requirements. And why would he if he was actively practicing law.

He appears to not have a Minnesota law license.
Here’s what a search of the Minnesota Bar Association site shows:

Here are your results for the following search criteria, displayed in random order.

It seems like it would be desirable to have an attorney general that had a current license.

Hillary and Bill and Barack and Michelle all had no law licences and they all still got around with out one.

That is how demoncraps do it.

PS. Bill and Barack both taught Constitutional Law.

This is the agenda of the left and SOROS. To basically have the entire country run by jurists instead of executives.

State AGs can basically set their own political agendas for the state and do great damage. Who needs a governor.

Bull Sh-t! I am a pharmacist and now retired. I keep my license up after retirement. I have now retired my license as I no longer anticipate working again. I still pay my fees though my license is retired. If I wanted to work again all I have to do is catch up my Continuing Education and the Texas Board of Pharmacy will make my license active again.

A lawyer running for state attorney general shouldn’t have a law license?
