The testimony and statements from the FBI about the Trump Russia collusion investigation should not be believed as they’re trying the best they can to cover up the crimes and treason committed by Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, obama, ValJar, hillary, Mueller, etc...etc... I don’t believe one word I hear anymore from the FBI or the DoJ or the CIA when the subject is Trump Russia collusion, and several other subjects for that matter.

Whether or not his call for a military coup is a prosecutable crime comes down to whether he said it on the House Floor or not. If he was on the House floor when he said it he would be protected by the immunity clause. But, if he was sitting in an MSNBC Studio being interviewed when he said it then I think he could be prosecuted for sedition.
