Over the years, thousands of non-resident students and bus loads of dems have gone over the NH border and voted in NH in primaries and in Presidential elections, because until this bill, you only had to SAY you PLANNED to domicile in NH to be able to sign up and vote same day.
The 2016 vote could have added 4 more electoral votes for DJT and Senator Ayotte could have retained her seat if this new electoral law had been in force.

I always thought donations to representatives of a state should be restricted to residents as well.
Lots of out of state money comes into “hot” elections, and the result is not a representative of state, but of other states.

I did not vote for Kelly Ayotte and Im glad she lost. Actions have consequences.
