Dolan has certainly come down on the left side of the equation of late, particularly with respect to the illegal alien “family separation” canard.
Wait... I thought Liberals were frantic at the thought of children being separated from their mothers.
Where is his pastor? Where are his bishop and cardinal to excommunicate him? Millions of dollars for page after page of arcane dogma, but not one cent for enforcement of their rules.
But when he dies he will be given a funeral to rival the Pope's.

So adding the right to abortions in the State Constitutions appears to be the correct method allowing it per the 10th Amendment.
It still does not make it right. Advocates on both sides should work on a constitutional amendment to specifically allow or ban. (don't think either could happen, but then Prohibition once passed)
There are many areas in the US where you'd have to drive for hours to find an abortionist. And some areas even in New York State (mostly rural areas, it's true) are 100 miles from an abortionist. Check out this map:

Might be hard to get the votes, though. Which is what the Supreme Court has ALWAYS been about for liberals - forcing others to submit to ideas that cannot get the votes to pass.
Did he legalize HOMICIDES,too? If you didn’t, Cuomo, why not...you are legalizing it for babies, why not for everybody..
