The Obama/Sanders wing of the party would NEVER let her win the nomination.
Many didn't even want her to get the nomination in 2016 and some wanted Biden to jump in just to derail her, but they stood aside out of deference to Obama's agreement with her and Bill to support him in 2008 and 2012 in return for letting her run unopposed in 2016. I believe if she makes any serious overture at running they will at first ask her nice and polite to reconsider. If that fails they will pull all party resources and support. If THAT fails and it looks like she seriously my be the nominee they will drop some dirt that will take her out forever and might even land her in federal prison.
Besides, what would she possible have to offer in 2020? Her biggest asset in 2016 was "experience". Well, in 2020 with Trump having four years as President that will easily beat any experience she could bring to the table, so she will lose the one thing she had going for her...and that one thing wasn't even enough in 2016....
