Sadly, there seems to be more Millennials ( and they’re liberals or extreme lefties )who are like the ones in the article, than the other kind. On the bright side, the “TREND” ones aren’t reproducing, so there is that.

Cultural elevation of parenthood to a moral good and/or duty would help. I wonder to what degree the sharp decline in religious belief in the West is because of the horrors of World War 1 and World War 2, evils often done in the name of God and Country.
The evils of Communism were all written off as the evils of nationalism or the leadership of particular individuals. Of course, liberals intentionally blamed nationalism instead of socialism/communism. It fits with their agenda of everyone in a godless universal socialist state.

Married women tend to vote like their husbands, and many are conservative.
Single and divorced women tend to vote for big government because that’s the financial replacement for the husband.
