Prosecutors have immunity when operating within their scope, however, it is clearly now moving into the realm beyond that scope, albeit they have resisted sharing exactly what was the original scope. In fact by making “referrals” now, it is a way around the scope angle.

According to this article it appears that Mueller is hiring these additional attorneys to fight the unexpected challenges to his indictments.
Ridiculous...this witch hunt needs to end....NOW.
It’s time for Mueller to spend the rest of his life behind bars. He thinks it’s the good old days where the public doesn’t know what he’s up to.
Mueller is hiring some real prosecutors because his team has been exposed as a bunch of incompetent legal minds in the court proceedings they’ve had to date.
The Deep State intends to continue these investigations as long as Trump is in office, or until Trump gets rid of Sessions and Rosenstein.
