Because of the ever-descending moral and intellectual state of the mainstream news media, there has been no outcry against the leftists who call President Donald Trump and all Americans who support him Nazis. Indeed, members of the media now regularly do so.
Without that outcry, this labeling will only increase; and this steadily increasing drumbeat of hysteria is likely to lead to one result: violence against conservatives.
It is not plausible to foresee any other outcome of left-wing normalization of the terms "Nazi" and "white supremacist."
The American left has put itself in a moral quandary: Either it doesn't mean it when it calls the president and his supporters Nazis, in which the case it is merely guilty of cheapening -- and, as I explained in my previous column, actually denying -- the Holocaust, or it doesn't mean it, in which case morality demands it take violent action against Trump supporters.
For at least a decade, I have been saying that America is fighting a second Civil War. But I have always added that unlike the first Civil War, this one -- thank God -- is nonviolent.
It's getting harder and harder to assume it will stay that way.
A Senate intern shouts an obscenity at the president of the United States in the halls of Congress and the U.S. senator for whom she works does not fire her.
Left-wing mobs yell and chant "No justice, no sleep" in front of the homes of administration officials.
A Democratic Congresswoman, Maxine Waters, foments such action. "Let's make sure," she tells Democratic mobs, "we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere."
The Democratic Party labels political opposition to the president "Resistance," the term used to describe the opposition to the Nazis during World War II.
All these are only the beginning. Few violent movements begin with violence. And when the left sees that these tactics do not undo the last presidential election, some morally consistent leftists could quite possibly take the obvious next step and start targeting Republicans -- as the shooter of Republican Rep. Steve Scalise and four others did.
As one liberal writer, Peter Beinart of the Atlantic, asked nearly a year ago, "If you believe the president of the United States is leading a racist, fascist movement that threatens the rights, if not the lives, of vulnerable minorities, how far are you willing to go to stop it?"
When conservatives -- even one as critical of the president as Ben Shapiro -- need the protection of bodyguards and police officers in riot gear when speaking on an American college campus, it is clear where we are headed. You can get an idea by watching what students did to biology professor Dr. Bret Weinstein, perhaps the only decent faculty member at Evergreen State University, because he refused to cooperate when left-wing students demanded that all whites leave the university campus for a day. Some months later, Weinstein was told by the left-wing university administration it "could no longer guarantee his safety." Weinstein then left Evergreen State for good.
The other side started shooting over a year ago. We just aren’t shooting back. Yet.
Before anyone rushes off to chatter on Nazis....they ought to sit down and read the political platform in 1932 that the Nationalists Socialist Party offered. From the 30-odd points on the platform, all are socialist ‘planks’ that most socialists of today would readily ask for, or demand. To think that Trump would go and deliver socialist platforms? It’s a pretty wild idea.
Although I should state...today, I read that some folks are saying that Bernie Sanders is right-wing, or just not socialist enough, for their taste.
Have never understood why Democrats pose with the American flag. Especially those whos hatred for America is something of which they are proud.
Rat politicians and leaders are posers, liars and hypocrites. They wave US flags as readily as they arm their guards, live wasteful high-carbon lifestyles and overturn won-by-popular-vote issues.

We’re Nazis for supporting the country that defeated the Nazis. Go figure.
So I guess this isn't a thing anymore then...
National Socialist, Democrat Socialist, same difference.
Bring it. I won’t start it but I WILL finish it.
But:
Being the abject pusses they are, their violence will be on women and some poor guy they gang up on in an ally...onesies and twosies.
The media will provide them cover while they crow about confronting Nazi’s.
So they will become vicious and emboldened in the short term. But in the long term, they will lose.
In any meaningful confrontations like the one last weekend, they get their asses handed to them.
I know many counsel not to get in the mud with them.
That didn’t work for anyone at any time. It won’t work now.
They may turn many people against them with their tactics...enough to allow gains by us this fall. But their goal is 2020. And with 2 more years of ratcheting up violence...well who knows.
I do not want to find out.

For the sake of honesty I would like to admit I am a Nazi, a racist, homophobic, antisemitic, sexist and I think pit bulls are dangerous dogs.
Now, what was your argument again?
I intend to shoot back. My dad estimated that about forty of our relatives were murdered by the real Nazis in the Holocaust, including my great grandfather at the age of 90. I have personally known other relatives and friends who survived, by some miracle. I also have known family friends, as well as an uncle, who fought them.
If I find myself in the company of someone who calls Trump supporters Nazis, I intend to repeat the above paragraph.
A lot of us have said that the US democrat party is the New National socialist party of America. Led by a former Nazi collaborator, G Soros.

the Left, or the Democrats, would “Cage” us if they were in control. They want to eliminate freedom of religion, freedom of speech, right to bear arms, freedom of assembly and they would burn Bibles and Torahs if they could get away with it.
