Well, that and her written and cited opinion in favor of recusing herself from any ruling on the death penalty. Other than that, there’s no record of anything from her on the Second Amendment, etc.

I agree that Cornyn will vote for Trump’s selection because of exactly what you state. But don’t believe for a minute that Cornyn isn’t working to undermine Trump at every opportunity. He is very disdainful of his constituents and rarely returns letters that are not simple boiler-plate ramblings.
The article says if he (Cornyn) was nominated, he would say no.

I don’t know, I’ve been reading some statements from McConnell in which he sounds pretty gleeful that he’s gettng the opportunity to make this use of the rule which the ‘rats insisted on. I don’t think it’s even a political matter with him, I think he’s just gleeful that Harry Reid’s own rule, which almost all ‘rats supported because they always think short-term, is about to boomerang on them.
Never deal with that bast@rd. After getting his wife named all bets are off. She would vote with the Rats as often as Juan including voting against Trump’s SC nominee. McCain wants to be able to foil the president and conservatives from the grave for two years. If necessary delay the pick until January when you have more Republican senators or wait for the traitor to die, may he burn in hell.
There are senators up for reelection that will be in trouble regardless of how they vote.
A best course would be not to vote. That increases the Republican margin with out actually committing
